Between network television, cable, and internet programming, there are literally hundreds of news programs being produced and offered to the discerning public, with sports news, entertainment news, and political news being the most prevalent. The main commonality connecting all genres, across the various media delivery platforms, is the lack of offerings which speak to and service the Black community in its entirety and diversity of needs and interests.
In consideration of the current offerings, as well as the standing Imajen Development team mandate; to view existing programming as a field to navigate through, not as a path to follow, the DuNewsTV show was born.
Planned for official launch in January 2014, DuNewsTV will be an all-encompassing news program, that will provide uncensored news, truth and perspective filtered through the uniquely insightful and comedic point of view of Imajen's newly contracted anchor, Johnson Black.
Ultimately scheduled for release across two internet platforms; YouTube and ImajenTV, viewers of the DuNewsTV program will be introduced to a completely new style of news product with an unquestionably unique format; uncensored U.S. and global information, delivered in easily digestible segments, by an unrestricted, one-of-a-kind anchor.
DuNewsTV will absolutely change the way people think about news programming, guaranteed. The only real question.....is politically correct America, ready for the dark maverick named Johnson Black?
